64mm Flat Burrs
The Super Jolly V Pro Electronic’s 64mm flat burrs, made at Mazzer's Venice factory, have been revamped to improve productivity and offer a wider range of adjustability compared to the original Super Jolly model. Additionally, the burrs on the V Pro can be easily accessed for cleaning without losing the desired grind setting. Mazzer also boasts lower overall grind retention with the new design. The V Pro also includes an adjustable portafilter holder with a grind activation button, and the "memory track" settings collar allows for continual indexing of the grind setting. A dual-fan cooling system and digital display add further convenience and functionality to the grinder.
Grind Flow Control System
Utilize the advanced GFC System to achieve evenly distributed coffee grounds in your portafilter, while simultaneously preventing any mess on your counter. This unique system includes a detachable aluminum outlet insert with three customizable wire dampers. Select the ideal wire damper for your specific coffee origin, roast level, weather, or personal taste.
