So far, am very impressed. Still learning to steam as is much more powerful than previous machine, but love it! Have plugged it into a smart plug so it’s on and ready in the morning when I come down the stairs.
I’m honestly beyond belief — this is one of the best pieces of gear I’ve ever received. I’ve dreamed of owning a machine like this for years, and it was worth every ounce of the wait.
What makes it stand out? It’s a professional-grade system that somehow hits an incredible budget point without compromising on features. The E61 group head is a timeless classic, and the heat-up time is shockingly fast — especially for a boiler setup.
You’ve got flow control, PID control, and the ability to pull espresso and steam milk simultaneously. It checks every box I’ve been chasing. The build quality is phenomenal, and the pump is whisper-quiet — seriously impressive.
I own a lot of gear, and this machine still managed to blow past my expectations. That says a lot.
I purchased the Turin Legato V2 two weeks ago and I have been blown away! As compared to my previous machine, Breville Barista Express, it is night and day! So much more control and precision. I knew the coffee would taste great and that the shots would be easy to dial in, but an unexpected surprise was how powerful the steam wand is. Even though it's a single boiler machine, there is virtually no wait time between pulling a shot and using the steam wand. Super simple. The design is also a huge plus. It just looks great on the counter with a nice space for warming cups on top. Big fan and so happy with the purchase!
This is my first espresso capable grinder. Works great for my purposes. It’s combined with a Gaggia Classic Pro E24
Amazing grinder at an amazingprice. The build quality is fantastic, it's quiet, and makes a perfectly grind without clumps. It was easy to dial in and has zero retention. I'm very happy with it!
Pros: Flow control lever is something I didn't expect to use as much as I do. Great feature. Very quiet compared to vibe pump machines. PID control is great, I love being able to see the pressure at the group head and the pump level too. Seems well built. Dual boiler and rotary pump at this price point is impossible to find outside of this machine. This feels like a machine with no functional compromises for its price point, where many other machines either use vibe pumps, are single boilers, have a tiny drip tray, no direct plumb, etc.
Cons: A bit nitpicky, but this thing is heavy. Put it somewhere you don't need to move it. Have two people if possible to lift it up onto the counter. I make a mess making coffee, I have thick hands. I can't quite fit my hands under the machine to clean the counter. I'll probably look into getting something I can set this on to just keep the work space a little cleaner.
General: Like others, I recommend a smart plug so you can have it warmed up in the morning. I do not direct plumb mine, so no context on those features, but drip tray + tank is good size and I don't have a ton of waste water happening, so it hasn't bothered me so far.
Ordered the Gallian R espresso machine on Sunday and recieved it on Tuesday. Very easy set up and the first cup of espresso in about 35 minutes. Wow! What a nice machine, great espresso and machine worked flausley. Great job guys, keep up the good work.
Consistent grind size and zero retention

I was excited for this grinder, as I'd never had a really "nice" one before, but have been pretty disappointed. It either grows a beard of grounds that collect around the outside, or it clogs up completely. I have to clean it out after every shot or two, which is pretty annoying. I wish I had bought a different grinder.
