I like it but it has a learning curve. The directions are a joke. Videos online helped some, but there needs to be a better one on dialing in the grind settings. It really is zero retention which will help a lot in not having to take it apart to clean it. Trying to get it back to your preferred grind is a trial in patience.
The burr is nice and sharp. The adjustability is good. However it jams if its not a hot atart and it gave trouble turinong off at first. It tends to be messy as there is not a good captur method for the coffee grinds.
Turin DF54 is a wonderful mid-priced flat burr grinder. One of the best in its class. I noticed an improvement of j taste over my conical grinder. Highly recommend. Thank you Espresso Outlet.
