Dalla Corte’s current grinder catalog contains four models: DC One, DC Two, Max and Edge. All are on-demand espresso grinders. DC One and DC Two can participate in Dalla Corte’s connected grinder-control workflow; Max and Edge cover smaller-footprint installations.
Dalla Corte history
Dalla Corte was founded in 2001 and marked its twenty-fifth anniversary in 2026. The company is best known for multi-boiler espresso machines, and its grinder range is designed around espresso rather than retail bag or filter grinding.

DC One
DC One is the principal single-hopper connected model. It automatically detects a single or double portafilter, allows digital grind-time adjustment to three decimal places and uses active cooling. Dalla Corte lists 500 W power, 115 V and 230/240 V configurations, and 1,350 rpm at the cited 50 Hz condition.
DC Two
DC Two packages two independent grinders into one 319 mm-wide body. Each side can use its own mode and coffee, making the machine relevant for regular/decaf or two espresso profiles. Both sides use 65 mm flat burrs, and the grinder includes Dalla Corte’s GAS and BCS functions. The tradeoff is service concentration: one chassis supports both coffees.
Max
Max retains 65 mm burrs and an approximately 4 g/s published output in a 160 mm-wide body. It automatically detects single or double dose and adjusts burr spacing in 0.01 mm increments. It supports Competition and Programmed modes but is not listed with the complete DC System connectivity shown for DC One and DC Two.
Edge
Edge uses 64 mm flat burrs, stepless micrometric adjustment and a touch interface. Dalla Corte’s Steady Lock Grinder system is intended to maintain burr distance under load. It is the only current model on the official pages reviewed that lists 220/240 V only; confirm a local voltage version before purchase.
DC System compatibility
Dalla Corte says up to three DC One grinders can connect to XT and one can connect to Evo2 or Icon through GCS. Automatic adjustment is a system feature, not something every Dalla Corte grinder performs independently. Confirm the espresso machine, firmware and connection package with the distributor.
Comparable Espresso Outlet grinders
