Bravilor Bonamat’s current espresso range does not consist of standalone grinders. Its grinders are built into the SPRSO, Sego and Esprecious bean-to-cup machines. That distinction matters: a buyer is choosing a complete grinder, brewer and—depending on configuration—milk or soluble-ingredient system.

Bravilor Bonamat dates to 1948 and is best known for commercial filter brewers and automatic beverage systems. Its current espresso category explicitly says the machines use built-in grinders for freshly ground beans. The company separates that category into SPRSO, Sego and Esprecious.

What the integrated grinder changes
The machine controls grinding as part of the drink recipe. On Sego, the operator can adjust grind, pre-wetting, extraction time, coffee-to-water ratio and cup size. The coffee then enters Bravilor’s CIRCO brewer. This reduces manual barista steps but also means grinder service cannot be considered separately from brewer and milk-system service.
Esprecious 22 is the relevant choice when two bean coffees—such as regular and decaf—must be available. Sego and SPRSO are single-coffee systems. Published recommended cups per day are application guidance, not a guarantee that any drink menu can be served at that rate during a short rush.
Where FreshGround fits
Bravilor also sells FreshGround/FreshBrew equipment in some international markets. Those machines prepare fresh-filter-style coffee rather than espresso. They should not be combined with SPRSO, Sego and Esprecious in a list of “espresso grinder models.” Availability and names vary substantially by region.
Integrated system or standalone grinder?
Choose Bravilor’s integrated approach when push-button consistency, limited training and a compact workflow are priorities. Choose a separate espresso machine and grinder when the operator needs manual control, several independent coffees or the ability to replace the grinder without taking the brewer out of service.
Espresso Outlet’s commercial grinder collection contains standalone alternatives. The Fiorenzato F64 EVO PRO W doses espresso by weight, while the Ceado E37S is an on-demand café grinder. Neither is a direct replacement for a complete bean-to-cup machine.
