Northern Terminus takes its name from the Appalachian Trail’s northern endpoint on Katahdin. Mainely combines medium- and dark-roasted coffees for this blend, with vanilla and chocolate on the palate and citrus in the finish. That mixture of roast levels is more informative than treating the bag as a single uniform medium roast.
