La Spaziale 6.3 mm Silicone Group Gasket
This replacement gasket seals the connection between the portafilter and group head on compatible La Spaziale espresso machines. Choose it when the existing seal has hardened, cracked, flattened or begun allowing water to escape around the rim of the portafilter during brewing.
Why choose silicone?
Silicone remains flexible through repeated heating and cooling cycles and is easier to identify during future maintenance than a conventional black rubber seal. A fresh gasket can restore a secure portafilter fit, but it will not correct leaks caused by a damaged basket, worn portafilter ears, debris in the gasket channel or another group component.
Installation orientation
Install the gasket with the flat face pointing down toward the portafilter. Clean old coffee residue from the group-head channel before seating the new seal, then check that it sits evenly around the full circumference.
