Mexico is the 10th largest coffee producing country in the world, and the rich volcanic soil and tropical climate in the south of the country help to produce wonderful, consistent coffee for all to enjoy. The cup profile of our Mexico HG EP has a medium body, sweetness, stone fruit acidity, butter and chocolate undertones with a sweet finish.

High-quality and high-performance coffee grinder

Grinds are consistent and make delicious espresso when paired with my Cafelat Robot espresso maker. I was worried about the noise from some of the online video reviews. But I find it is actually pretty quiet. I did place it on the two stacked mouse pads that my previous grinder was on, so maybe this is helping.
The other issue these grinders were accused of is being messy-- with fines going all over the place. I don't find that to be true at all. They have really solved that problem with the Gen 2 upgrades. It is also nice to know I can upgrade the burrs in several years if I decide to.
I am super happy with the quality of this grinder and the coffee I can make with it.

Love the build quality of this product. Feels so heavy duty. The only thing is the wood top to rubber part seems to me like it could wear out, maybe if it was a magnet it would feel more heavy duty.

Turin DF54 Single Dose Flat Burr Grinder

Beautiful Machine

The Machine is Beautiful 5 Star But it was unbalanced so I had to put shims under 2 legs so it would sit flat on my counter. The drain tray was also off balance & can’t do anything about that . The instructions were not clear at all how to get the boiler filled. I hooked up the water line but it would not fill up so I filled the portable tank & then it started to heat up. It does a wonder shot.

The ordered fine grind is too course, makes my espresso watery and with minimal creama in my home espresso machine. Should be almost powdery fine texture.
