Victoria Arduino Commercial Espresso Machines

Find the machine for your everyday espresso ritual.

Choosing your equipment

Shop current Victoria Arduino commercial espresso machines for specialty cafés, restaurants, hotels, and high-volume coffee bars. Compare available models by dosing system, temperature-control platform, group count, steam demand, cup clearance, utilities, and service support.

Victoria Arduino was founded in Turin in 1905 by Pier Teresio Arduino and joined the Simonelli family in 2001. Browse the live product grid below for currently available machines. The older Black Eagle VA388, White Eagle Digit, and Adonis families are now discontinued, so contact Espresso Outlet before planning around one of those legacy platforms.

What the industry terms mean

Translate features into bar workflow

Volumetric dosing
The machine meters a programmed water volume and stops the shot automatically. This lets a barista begin another task while the extraction finishes, but recipes, grind, dose, distribution, and yield still require calibration.
Gravimetric dosing
A gravimetric system uses beverage weight as part of the target. Confirm the exact dosing system on the current product page rather than assuming it is included.
T3 and PID temperature control
These systems manage brew and steam temperatures more deliberately than a basic pressure-stat platform. They are useful when a specialty program needs repeatable temperatures across shifts or different coffee recipes.
Soft Infusion System
A Victoria Arduino pre-infusion approach designed to promote more forgiving, even extractions. It does not replace puck preparation or grinder adjustment.
Two versus three groups
Group count is working capacity, not a guaranteed drinks-per-hour rating. The practical limit can still be steam recovery, grinder output, milk handling, cup staging, bar layout, or the number of trained baristas.

Questions to answer before choosing a machine

  1. Peak demand: How many espresso drinks arrive in the busiest 15, 30, and 60 minutes—not just across the full day?
  2. Drink mix: What share is milk-based, what pitcher sizes are used, and must two baristas steam and brew at once?
  3. Recipe control: Is programmed volumetric dosing sufficient, or does the coffee program require more advanced temperature or weight-based control?
  4. Utilities: What voltage, amperage, phase, plug or hardwire connection, water pressure, backflow protection, and drain route are available?
  5. Water chemistry: Has the site water been tested for hardness, alkalinity, TDS, sediment, chlorine, and chloramine so treatment can protect both flavor and the machine?
  6. Counter and access: Is there room for the machine, steam-wand sweep, grinders, knock box, pitcher rinser, refrigeration, cup storage, and future service access?
  7. Support: Who will install, commission, maintain, and service a previous-generation platform in your area, and which parts remain available?

Match the espresso machine with commercial grinders that can maintain dose consistency during the same peak period. A high-capacity machine cannot compensate for a grinder that overheats, clumps, or cannot keep up. Compare commercial coffee grinders and plan a separate decaf grinder if the menu requires it.

Victoria Arduino commercial espresso machine FAQs

Frequently asked questions

Is Victoria Arduino part of Nuova Simonelli?

Victoria Arduino joined the Simonelli family in 2001 and is part of Simonelli Group. It remains a distinct brand with its own design language and professional equipment lineup.

Are the models on this page current production?

The U.S. manufacturer currently places Black Eagle VA388, White Eagle, and Adonis in its discontinued-equipment archive. Availability can be limited, and continued parts or service support should be checked for the exact serial-era machine before purchase.

Should a new café choose two or three groups?

Choose from peak order concentration, staffing, steam demand, and bar width. Two groups are sufficient for many coffee bars. A third group earns its space when several trained baristas can use it during sustained rushes and the utilities, grinder capacity, and milk workflow support the added production.

Does volumetric mean fully automatic?

No. Volumetric dosing stops the brew cycle at a programmed volume, but the barista still grinds, doses, distributes, tamps, inserts the portafilter, manages milk, and monitors quality. It is an auto-volumetric traditional espresso machine, not a bean-to-cup super-automatic.

What information is needed for a commercial quote?

Provide the menu, busiest-hour volume, milk-drink percentage, desired group count, counter drawing, available electrical service, water test information, installation address, service access, and opening timeline.
