NOTE: 220V M10 come with an L6-20 which is a fairly standard commercial style locking plug. If you have questions about this connection type, email before purchasing. We do not take returns for buying wrong voltage or not having proper plug available. If you choose to change the plug, ensure it is rated 20A 220V. We are not responsible for damage to the machine. We recommend consulting an electrician if you have any questions about changing the wiring at your house or shop.

M10 Dual vs M6 Dual
Both Dual System roasters include the Kaleido touchscreen and can also connect to Artisan. The main buying decision is batch capacity.

Choose the M6 Dual if most batches will remain at or below 700g. Choose the M10 Dual when roasting up to 1.2kg will regularly save time or support the intended output.
Before You Order
- Heating elements: The elements ship uninstalled and must be installed before roasting. Follow the installation guide.
- Required tool: A 4mm metric Allen wrench is needed and is not included.
- Dual-system devices: The included tablet operates the Kaleido system. Supply a separate compatible device to run Artisan.
- Electrical: This is the 220V version with an L6-20 locking plug. A simple plug adapter or 110V converter is not an acceptable substitute for the correct electrical supply. Have an electrician verify the circuit and receptacle.
- Ventilation: Coffee roasting produces heat, smoke, odor and chaff. Plan suitable ventilation and follow applicable building, fire and food-business requirements.
M10 Dual 120V vs 220V
The 120V and 220V listings provide the same M10 Dual roasting capacity and control approach but are built for different electrical supplies. Choose solely according to the correctly installed circuit at the roasting location.
- 120V M10 Dual: Requires a dedicated 20A 120V circuit.
- 220V M10 Dual: Supplied with an L6-20 locking plug and requires a correctly configured 220V, 20A supply.
Do not order the 220V version because an inexpensive plug adapter is available. Adapters change plug shape; they do not create the correct voltage or circuit capacity.

The M10 Sniper is our largest capacity roaster, perfect for the serious home roaster or even a small cafe. With the ability to roast up to 1.2kg and have full control over every aspect of the roast, you can roast professional-quality coffee right at home.
The Dual model has a proprietary Kaleido tablet, but is compatible with the Artisan platform via bluetooth. Log and control your roast in real-time with the open-sourced FREE platform. Please note that you need to provide your own device to run Artisan.
