Grinds are consistent and make delicious espresso when paired with my Cafelat Robot espresso maker. I was worried about the noise from some of the online video reviews. But I find it is actually pretty quiet. I did place it on the two stacked mouse pads that my previous grinder was on, so maybe this is helping.
The other issue these grinders were accused of is being messy-- with fines going all over the place. I don't find that to be true at all. They have really solved that problem with the Gen 2 upgrades. It is also nice to know I can upgrade the burrs in several years if I decide to.
I am super happy with the quality of this grinder and the coffee I can make with it.
Easy to use, makes a great espresso on the go!
Great featured machine, which allows the coffee nerd within me experiment to find the perfect shot. I was suprised to find that it also can approximate a poured over brew with the proper curve profile. The app for the machine is also well done. The community contacts found there allow me to draw on others expertise.
I wanted to take the time to use the roaster at least a dozen times before giving my review.
I enjoy using the Dual System and find myself using the Kaleido tablet more than Artisan. Both are good platforms and I like having the option to choose.
I have produced delicious coffee that my customers and family enjoy!
Setting up the roaster was easy! I did three season roasts before doing any production.
Cleaning the roaster after 4-6 roast is quick and easy.
There are a lot of roasters on the market and I took my time looking over several brands. I kept coming back to the M10.
It took me a few roasts to understand how the roaster responds to the changes I made during roasts. Easy to use!
By the way customer service is great!
Great grinder. Easy to dial in. I’ve had it a few weeks now so maybe 30 or 40 uses and zero issues. Love it.
The Machine is Beautiful 5 Star But it was unbalanced so I had to put shims under 2 legs so it would sit flat on my counter. The drain tray was also off balance & can’t do anything about that . The instructions were not clear at all how to get the boiler filled. I hooked up the water line but it would not fill up so I filled the portable tank & then it started to heat up. It does a wonder shot.
Good machine low retention fairly quiet. Would be nice to have more burr options similar df64

I never write reviews, but I'm so impressed by this, I had to...believe the good things you read about this. Great build quality, and the consistency and quality of shots I'm getting is really amazing, especially considering the price. Worth every penny and many more.
The ordered fine grind is too course, makes my espresso watery and with minimal creama in my home espresso machine. Should be almost powdery fine texture.
