Software has issues

Software has issues. The machine appears to work properly but the software has a major issue displaying the graphs of profiles. You can create profiles based on time+flow or time+pressure (note: pause option does not allow edits - so a pause requires a flow or pressure of zero + time). The main problem I am facing presently is the graph of each pull is at 1/10th the speed. In other words an extraction that takes 30 seconds shows up as 3 seconds (both in real-time and in history). This results in the graph of flow and pressure being compressed to the left side of the panel. Very annoying.

High-quality and high-performance coffee grinder

Grinds are consistent and make delicious espresso when paired with my Cafelat Robot espresso maker. I was worried about the noise from some of the online video reviews. But I find it is actually pretty quiet. I did place it on the two stacked mouse pads that my previous grinder was on, so maybe this is helping.
The other issue these grinders were accused of is being messy-- with fines going all over the place. I don't find that to be true at all. They have really solved that problem with the Gen 2 upgrades. It is also nice to know I can upgrade the burrs in several years if I decide to.
I am super happy with the quality of this grinder and the coffee I can make with it.

Something seems off.

I was excited to receive this item considering my Breville express grinder was challenging with light roast.

This item came with a torn instruction manual.
Made strange noises right out of the box.
While grinding, especially with beans would make strange noises. Totally was out of alignment (marker test) & currently with 4 shims to get burrs ‘somewhat’ closer. Not sure if this unit was open box or just poor manufacturing?

Loved it at first

Loved it at first, but after a couple weeks have found it to be very high maintenance.... clogs easily, requires careful cleaning and attention. lots of static cling, despite spritzing beans with water prior to grinding. jury is still out, maybe it has a high learning curve, maybe it's me? definitely not plug it in and forget about it.

Beautiful Machine

The Machine is Beautiful 5 Star But it was unbalanced so I had to put shims under 2 legs so it would sit flat on my counter. The drain tray was also off balance & can’t do anything about that . The instructions were not clear at all how to get the boiler filled. I hooked up the water line but it would not fill up so I filled the portable tank & then it started to heat up. It does a wonder shot.
