Volumetric

The ideal machine for baristas seeking consistent coffee is the Appia Life Volumetric. With its volumetric capabilities, baristas can pre-program desired volumes for consistent shots all day long. This frees up time for baristas to interact with customers or take on more orders, making the machine perfect for various shops and setups.

Smart Wand Options

For optimal use, this product is equipped with 1 Auto-Steam Wand specifically designed for the 1 Group. Choose the 1 Group option and utilize the Smartwand located above for enhanced results.

Auto-Steam Wand

The modification of the Gooseneck Wand replaces the manual steam handles with a simple button. This added feature, known as Auto-steam, allows the milk to be perfectly textured without any input from the barista. All they have to do is place the wand in the pitcher of milk and the Auto-Steam Wand will handle the rest with precision and efficiency.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
