The Nuova Simonelli Appia Life (Compact) combines all the features of the original Appia Life into one efficient unit. With a 9-inch reduction in width, this compact machine can easily fit into any setting while still offering two group heads, two steam wands, and a hot water spout. It is suitable for low to medium volume locations, restaurants, small shops, and demanding professionals.

Semi-Automatic

The Appia Life Compact Semi. is a user-friendly machine that allows a barista full control over extraction time for different coffee blends with the simple use of an on/off switch. The internal components are designed to produce superior espresso, particularly when used by a skilled barista.

Volumetric

As a top choice for baristas seeking consistent coffee, the Appia Life Compact is equipped with volumetric programming capabilities, allowing for consistent shots pulled at the desired volume throughout the day. This frees up baristas to interact with customers or take on additional orders. Perfect for various shops and setups.

Smart Wand Options

The Nuova Simonelli Appia Life (Compact) is compatible with a single Auto-Steam Wand, available only on the Volumetric model. Simply select the Volumetric option and add Autosteam to your order.

Auto-Steam Wand: The updated version of the Gooseneck Wand comes with a button that replaces the manual steam handles. With the innovative Auto-Steam feature, there is no need for the barista to manually texture the milk. Simply place the wand in the pitcher of milk and let the Auto-Steam Wand take care of the rest.
