Kaleido M1 LITE 200g Coffee Roaster (Artisan System) - Black
200 g batch capacity
Artisan
Explore your next roast, from first batch to full production.
Start with the green-coffee amount you want to roast per batch, then match controls, power and ventilation. Maximum batch capacity is not finished roasted weight, and small-batch flexibility matters as much as the largest listed load.
| Use | Starting point | Check before ordering |
|---|---|---|
| Home experimentation and samples | Kaleido M1 Lite, up to 200g | Small batches reduce the amount of coffee committed to each experiment. Confirm computer compatibility for Artisan. |
| Larger home batches | M2 Lite, 200–500g or M6 Pro, 200–700g | Choose a normal batch within the listed range. Compare space, cooling, smoke handling and exact circuit requirements. |
| Higher-capacity Kaleido setup | M10 range, up to 1.2kg | Verify 120V versus 220V and the dedicated circuit requirements on the exact listing; these are separate configurations. |
| Commercial production | Coffee Crafters Valenta range | Plan green-bean loading, cooling, exhaust, utilities and packaging. Obtain the exact model’s installation requirements before ordering; batch rating alone is not a throughput promise. |
Kaleido Pro models use Artisan on your compatible computer. Standard models use the Kaleido system. Dual models support the Kaleido tablet and Artisan; compare the exact supplied configuration and software requirements. Compare the M6 Dual with the M6 Pro. The Kaleido Version 2 sealed-system guide explains production changes.
Roasting produces smoke, heat and chaff. Confirm a suitable exhaust route and clearances using the manufacturer’s instructions; a household room fan is not a substitute for the specified ventilation. Check voltage, receptacle and dedicated-circuit requirements for the exact model. Include cleaning, cooling, green-coffee storage and batch logging in your plan. Find manuals and downloads or discuss a home or commercial installation with us.
Complete roasters are listed before accessories in the default curated order. The Avalanche destoner, Co-Pilot and fill-and-seal station support a roasting business; they do not replace the roaster.

After years of toying with the idea of espresso at home I finally jumped off the deep end and bought a Turin MC3. I’d like to thank the folks over at Espresso Outlet for going back and forth with me via email a bunch of beginner questions about how to get the machine dialed in. Don’t have any real comparison to other machines, this being the only one I’ve ever used. Paired the machine with a matching Turin CF46v grinder and, as a person with no experience, have consistently been turning around solid espresso. Once you get the pre-measured shot volume dialed in it’s been outputting a consistent 16/40 ratio on the pulled shots. I do like the separate steam generator as it is rather quick to warm up enough to froth or pull hot water. Machine takes around 10-15 minutes to warm up from cold to operating temps. All in seems well built, feels good, finishes are good. Would buy again.
I spent a LOT of hours researching to find the grinder that I felt would best fit my needs and I am SO happy I decided on this one. I absolutely LOVE my Turin DF54 grinder as it’s nothing but top quality at a ridiculously reasonable price! I must admit, it took me a bit to find that perfect grind setting, but once I did … perfection! The only thing that makes me a tad nervous is when it comes time to clean the burr blade (which of course I haven’t needed to do just yet). But good to know there are videos/visuals to go by to help me through the process. So, yes, THANK you Turin/Espresso outlet for making this grinder available. Extremely pleased! 💛🙌🏼💫🙏🏼✨☕️
Product delivered on time as promised
Ease of use! Great grind every time. Fairly quiet. Feels like a solid piece of equipment at 10#. Making great Espresso shots!! Switches between grind settings with ease for different styles. Bellows ensures minimal retention. Open box deal was amazing. Looks like new!
You can really taste the cinnamon. A true 10 out of 10!
I love my Turin Legato V2!! I was initially torn between it and the Gemilai Ele but went with the V2 because of the additional water flow, along with OPV setting. It literally has just about everything I want in an advance espresso machine in a small package at an amazing value - pulls perfect shots! The only slight downside is that the drip tray is small so emptying it daily is a must. If Turin makes a version 3, please keep all the same settings and options but give it a bigger drip tray/workflow, longer steam wand, and make it prettier. It's basically touching on perfect. Thanks!
3-week review. Quality burr grinder. Consistently able to get X g in and X g out at the right grind.
Amazing grinder. beautiful in every way, very powerful and does exactly what its intended for. very happy with this purchase
Absolutely gorgeous machine, and so easy to plug and play. Was very surprised and extremely pleased to receive a flawless unit even as an open box. Thank you so much!
Machine started out ok, but just 9 months in to owning the machine it leaks out of the bottom of the machine, not the drain, but the machine itself. Such a waste of money
Good fit for my DF64. Looks good too.
I think the roaster is well built and does the job. I’ve already done a dozen runs and it’s mechanical quality is meeting all my expectations. However Artisan and my Apple Mac hate each other. Lots of unresolved issues with software
Grinds coffee good.
