Does a new estimate apply to my existing order?
A product-page update may concern a different color, configuration or batch. Check your order confirmation and updates for your order. If they conflict with the page, or your estimate has passed, submit a support ticket with your order number.
Does the estimate mean arrival at my door?
Check which milestone the product description names. Warehouse arrival, readiness for carrier pickup and delivery are different stages. Production, inbound freight, customs and processing can affect timing. Carrier transit follows pickup.
Can faster shipping shorten the preorder wait?
A shipping speed or transit estimate does not shorten the wait for preorder inventory. If you need equipment by a firm date, ask about an in-stock alternative before ordering.
Does a tracking number mean my order has shipped?
Label creation alone does not confirm carrier pickup. Check for carrier acceptance or movement. Items may ship separately, so tracking for one item does not mean every item in your order has shipped.
How do I cancel, change my address or switch options?
Submit a support ticket promptly with your order number and the change you need. Wait for confirmation before assuming the change is complete. Cancellation and refund terms, including applicable fees and delayed-order exceptions, apply. Once an item has shipped, the return process applies.

Note this is the Version 2 model. Click here for detailed information about what is new. It is sometimes be referred to as the S (sealed). It includes a new sealed design as well as an updated control board. Images shown may be slightly different than final product we are receiving.
What does "Sealed" mean? The innovative negative pressure sealed bean chamber combines direct fire heating and hot air circulation system. You not only have direct fire heating but now a more uniform effect with hot air circulation.

M10 vs M6
Both Dual System roasters include the Kaleido touchscreen and can also connect to Artisan. The main buying decision is batch capacity.

Choose the M6 Dual if most batches will remain at or below 700g. Choose the M10 Dual when roasting up to 1.2kg will regularly save time or support the intended output.
Before You Order
- Heating elements: The elements ship uninstalled and must be installed before roasting. Follow the installation guide.
- Required tool: A 4mm metric Allen wrench is needed and is not included.
- Dual-system devices: The included tablet operates the Kaleido system. Supply a separate compatible device to run Artisan.
- Electrical: This is the 120V version and requires a dedicated 20A circuit with no other loads. Have an electrician verify the circuit and receptacle when uncertain.
- Ventilation: Coffee roasting produces heat, smoke, odor and chaff. Plan suitable ventilation and follow applicable building, fire and food-business requirements.
M10 120V vs 220V
The 120V and 220V listings provide the same M10 Dual roasting capacity and control approach but are built for different electrical supplies. Choose solely according to the correctly installed circuit at the roasting location.
- 120V M10: Requires a dedicated 20A 120V circuit.
- 220V M10: Supplied with an L6-20 locking plug and requires a correctly configured 220V, 20A supply.
Do not order the 220V version because an inexpensive plug adapter is available. Adapters change plug shape; they do not create the correct voltage or circuit capacity.
Overview
The M10 Sniper is our largest capacity roaster, perfect for the serious home roaster or even a small cafe. With the ability to roast up to 1.2kg and have full control over every aspect of the roast, you can roast professional-quality coffee right at home.
The dual system model is compatible with both the Kaleido Intelligent Roasting System and the Artisan platform, allowing you flexibility in how you control and log roast profiles. Please note that a tablet is included to run only the Kaleido System, you will need a separate device if you wish to operate Artisan. Both systems are able to be used simultaneously.
