Purchased a new unit with the DLC Burrs. I’ve changed out the cup holder with a shaker holder off Etsy and it’s working out great. Nice and quiet, sleek looking machine. Shipping was fast, have not had any issues thus far. Would recommend for anyone in the price range. The upgrades and changes have really tightened this machine up to have a huge bang for the buck. Not sure you can find anything that will match it at the price.
This is my first grinder for espresso, and wow, did it ever improve my espresso shots. Thank you for opening the world of delicious home made espresso.
The roaster comes in very sturdy packaging and the installation of the heating element was easy. The purchase was very straightforward and it arrived on time. So overall, great experience. I hope to be able to buy a larger roaster in the future.
Solidly built, compact, quiet, easy to clean, wonderful grind profile for pour over. I had high expectations that were exceeded on every point. If it disappeared I would immediately buy another
This is my first grinder like this, but saw others talking about it and decided to invest. Works as it should. 4 stars because the adjustment knob for the grind size is tiny and hard to turn. There are aftermarket options available for bigger knobs that I may purchase to make the use of the machine easier and more accurate.
