The roaster comes in very sturdy packaging and the installation of the heating element was easy. The purchase was very straightforward and it arrived on time. So overall, great experience. I hope to be able to buy a larger roaster in the future.
Solidly built, compact, quiet, easy to clean, wonderful grind profile for pour over. I had high expectations that were exceeded on every point. If it disappeared I would immediately buy another
This is my first grinder like this, but saw others talking about it and decided to invest. Works as it should. 4 stars because the adjustment knob for the grind size is tiny and hard to turn. There are aftermarket options available for bigger knobs that I may purchase to make the use of the machine easier and more accurate.

I am impressed with this machine. I’ve had several prosumer machines and this thing is by far the best I’ve had! The possibilities are endless. The build quality is great and the support from Espresso Outlet is second to none. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone looking for a high end home espresso machine!

Didn't know about "bellows" and now I wouldn't have a grinder without it.
