The Turin Pour Over Scale is an accurate and responsive coffee scale designed for the professional wanting to optimize the pour over brew method. What sets the Turin Pour Over Scale apart from others? The scale has an integrated brew ratio calculator built in. No more guessing or having to do calculations.

The Turin Pour Over Scale has a sleek design measuring 5.5 inch wide x 6.9 inch long x 1.25 inch tall (with silicone mat) and weighs a mere 13.5oz (382g).

PRECISION:

Accurately measure extractions from 0.3 to 2000g with ease, measuring accurately to 0.1g. Easily switch between weight measurement units including grams, ml, oz, lb, lb:oz, fl;oz.

Charging:

Charge the Turin Pour Over Scale using a USBC charger (USBA to USBC cord included with scale) which is commonly found in many households. Do not use fast charge or high powered chargers as it might damage the scales battery. Recommended to use 5V, 1-2A adapter.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.

Outstanding Accuracy & Solid Build Quality

I am overwhelmed at how Espresso Outlet’s Turin Pour Over scale performs and at such an affordable price point as I find it far superior to that of my Hario V60 scale and ‘almost’ an equal to that of my Fellow Tally Pro scale… I find that this Turin scale is definitely worthy of a five star rating given its solid build quality and accurate performance time and time again in my frequent use with it and I only find a very slight difference between this and the Fellow Tally Pro is that of when I lift the container off of this Turin scale for a swirl or whatever, it turns the timer and scale functions off whereas the Fellow Tally Pro maintains my pour over’s complete precess of weight and timing until the scale is powered off… so, to remediate this difference, I have learned to use the thin handle end of a tea spoon for such in my various pour overs and French presses and this Turin scale works perfectly in this manner … so, I find that there is now literally no difference in my use of this Turin to that of my Fellow’s performance… BUT, now for the kicker… as for the price difference, the Fellow’s Tally Pro cost me well over 5 times the cost of this Turin… SO, with the given reliability of the Turin’s consistent performance and its superb build quality, the clear winner is this Turin Pour Over Scale coupled with that of the great customer care and support that Espresso Outlet & staff offers its customers…

Great scale very accurate. The touch buttons need to be better designed. The controls logic for timer and all else needs to be simplified.

Used df 54 for 2 years with no problems until cleaning it i deformed the plastic declumper putting a brush to far in discharge shoot. It clogged up and was useless. Bought the metal declumper and still clogged up. Then I seen video on youtube about upgrade kit front espresso outlet. I installed upgrade kit and have had no issues even with grinding oily roasted beans. Thx guys for solving my clogging issues. Very satisfied.

Amazing value for the money

I have only had the machine for about 3 weeks now, but I am loving it. I am upgrading from a Bambino so that is all I can compare it to. The build quality seems extremely good. Everything feels very solid. The controls are easy to use and work smoothly. This machine is complete overkill for my needs, but it really is a joy to use if you like the "mechanical" process of making espresso. My biggest hesitation with the machine is parts support in the future, but I will deal with when it arises. If espresso outlet can offer parts support well into the future I can so so reason to spend more money for the Italian made brands.

Way better than Acaia Lunar.

Aside from pairing perfectly with Wendougee, this is one tough little scale. None of the constant h2o errors you get with Acaia Lunar if there is a drop of moisture anywhere in the kitchen, and you can no longer shut it or change functions. i have spilled boiling water on it (accidentally) and it kept on ticking like the energizer bunny. A no brainer.
