Note about water hardness
Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
Love the functionality ! Looks great as well
Accurate. Reliable. Perfect. I love it. Highly recommend it.
I am overwhelmed at how Espresso Outlet’s Turin Pour Over scale performs and at such an affordable price point as I find it far superior to that of my Hario V60 scale and ‘almost’ an equal to that of my Fellow Tally Pro scale… I find that this Turin scale is definitely worthy of a five star rating given its solid build quality and accurate performance time and time again in my frequent use with it and I only find a very slight difference between this and the Fellow Tally Pro is that of when I lift the container off of this Turin scale for a swirl or whatever, it turns the timer and scale functions off whereas the Fellow Tally Pro maintains my pour over’s complete precess of weight and timing until the scale is powered off… so, to remediate this difference, I have learned to use the thin handle end of a tea spoon for such in my various pour overs and French presses and this Turin scale works perfectly in this manner … so, I find that there is now literally no difference in my use of this Turin to that of my Fellow’s performance… BUT, now for the kicker… as for the price difference, the Fellow’s Tally Pro cost me well over 5 times the cost of this Turin… SO, with the given reliability of the Turin’s consistent performance and its superb build quality, the clear winner is this Turin Pour Over Scale coupled with that of the great customer care and support that Espresso Outlet & staff offers its customers…
Great scale very accurate. The touch buttons need to be better designed. The controls logic for timer and all else needs to be simplified.
It might take a little time to get the hang of it (coming from someone who doesn't usually read instructions, haha!), but it’s a fantastic little scale!

from 1273 reviewsWorked great, fixed my problem and they shipped it out quickly at no cost. Much appreciated when a company doesn't leave their customers hanging. Much appreciated!
Joe and Barrett are amazing at customer service. It is what gives me the confidence to buy their products.
Great customer service! Joe was very patient and helpful when I had challenges with my setup. Satisfied customer. Thank you!
Received what I ordered when and as expected.
I love the DF64. Vast improvement over my burr grinder. Almost 0 retention. Some reviews noted it is loud. Perhaps, but I find it less annoying than my burr grinder. It is also much faster. I would recommend to others thinking about a disk grinder.
Amazing product
This machine is built well, performs its function with ease and the static problem is a bit overstated in reviews it's really not that significant for me with light beans.
Amazing grinder. Great value!
Fantastic customer service was emailing on a Sunday . Super fast shipping . Support has been excellent
So far, I very much like the grinder. It is solidly built, quiet and grinds much more evenly than the conical grinder I was used to. As a company, you could communicate a bit more often about the status of the order.
Love the grinder. Works as expected and looks great. I received the grinder within the estimated timeline.
Hello,
I have had my C83 for about 4 weeks. I ran about 1/2 kilo of grinder seasoning beans in 50 gm runs then put it to work for my espresso. The grinder is fast and quiet It grinds 20 grams of coffee in about 18 seconds. The grinds are fluffy with no clumps. There is maybe 0.1 to 0.2 grams of retention. I have used 9 to15 on the dial but am not in the 11 to 13 range with my Sworks basket so my shots run 15 to 20 seconds with a restricted flow for the 1st 3 to 5 seconds. The results have been very consistent and more like a flat burr grinder than my old Niche. The workflow is good and I have ground into the dosing cup, a blind shaker and directly into the portafilter with a funnel. This is a very clean grinder with very little chafe or ground coffee around the surface. There can be some coffee adhering to the unit’s down spout but that is cleaned off easily. The only downside I have for the workflow is the forks and spout do not accommodate all blind shakers or portafilter funnels. I am very happy with the grinder; it is solid and well made. It does espresso very well and can do a good pour over as well. I highly recommend it and think it is a solid unit and very well priced.
I am in love with this grinder. I ordered it because my 15-year-old MACAP I thought was broken, but I fixed it easily, so didn’t need the Eureka Mignon Libra. But the design, size, reduced noise level, and the weighing function have allowed me to dial in so precisely, and with so little effort, that I kept the Eureka. It was time for a change.
