Note about water hardness
Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.

**Please Note. NOT to be used in commercial application. Your warranty will be VOID.
The technology behind the touchscreen interface is uncomplicated. It allows for easy navigation through various settings, while effortlessly recognizing your fingerprint. After years of perfecting this control panel, it has proven to have a high resistance to both heat and water, increasing its durability and lifespan. Additionally, all warranty services are handled by USA authorized service department, staffed with factory trained technicians with over 100 years of combined experience servicing commercial espresso machines. They are available not just for maintenance, but also for any inquiries you may have. ★★★★★Beverly BGreat Service! It has been a few months since I purchased my machine, but I absolutely love it. Initially I had some issues with damage from shipping, but Joe took care of it immediately so there were no problems. He also stayed on the phone with me for a long time the day I received my machine so I could get everything working properly. I highly recommend!
★★★★★Michael PrzeslawskiEspresso Outlet was friendly and had a very good price. I did not expect delivery before Christmas, however the Alexia arrived on Christmas eve. This is a high quality machine. I emailed a couple of questions to the owners, and my questions were answered within a few hours. They seem like nice people, with good service and high quality espresso machines.

★★★★★Jonathan BWe bought a Mini Vivaldi from them a little over a year ago and its still running professionally like a champ in our little cafe. They had the lowest price and it arrived quickly in perfect condition. And shipping was FREE!

It’s a tough decision buying without seeing or using and the fact that a business is willing to work with their customers goes a long way with me. I would definitely recommend Joe and EspressoOutlet.
Love it, great value. Customer Support was a great as well.
This machine streamlines the espresso workflow and directly competes with $2,000+ HX E61 machines. Black body and walnut accents are a perfect compliment to Turn grinders and look very nice in a modern kitchen.
I’ve had my Turin Legato V2 for two weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The all matte black finish gives the machine a clean, modern look — and paired with my matte black Astra bottomless portafilter and accessories from MHW-3BOMBER, the overall aesthetic is just beautiful.
One of my favorite modifications was replacing the stock steam knob with a 1-inch black aluminum alloy billet cap, paired with a custom 3D printed adapter. It gives the machine a more premium, metallic feel, and makes steaming milk more satisfying both visually and tactilely.
Performance-wise, this is a massive upgrade from my previous HiBREW 20-bar espresso machine, which I had for almost a year. That unit suffered overheating issues and had to be repaired twice due to burned internal wiring. The Legato V2, on the other hand, has been stable, consistent, and feels like a true prosumer-level machine — especially with the PID control and manual pre-infusion.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to take their espresso workflow to the next level — both in performance and in build quality.
I have been using the Trek Brew for about a month now. I thought going from a double boiler at home to this while I'm traveling, there would be a pretty big downfall in espresso quality... in was wrong. The quality of shot I'm pulling from the Trek Brew is simply put, fantastic.
My espresso is much nearer to perfection.
Best value under $1k for a high quality grinder
So far so good with the Df64. Moved from a quality manual grinder to this and don’t regret it. Excellent service from Espresso Outlet as well.
Arrived on time. Machine works great and packaging was well done without damage
