Below is a form to submit a return or cancelation request. Please review the following before purchasing or requesting a return.
Extended Return Window for December Orders
Orders placed December 1st through December 24th have an extended return window until Jan 31 of a given year.
30 Day Returns
We have a 30 day return policy on espresso machines and grinders designed for home use (exceptions below). The customer will receive a refund if the item is returned in like new condition, with all accessories that came with it, with all original, undamaged packaging, clean and packaged according to the specifications we provide. If the product is returned in this condition you will receive a refund minus all shipping costs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee as outlined in our terms and conditions if the product is not returned as specified above.
Open box items or any items from the Deals page are limited to 30 day return window, unless sold in as is condition, in which cases all sales are final.
There are the following exceptions to the 30 day return period: All products listed under the commercial business section, here https://espressooutlet.com/collections/commercial-espresso. For these exceptions all sales are final. See our terms and conditions for additional details.
Individuals which purchase multiple products to test out and keep only one, will be excluded from this return policy. We are a small business and cannot afford to pay shipping and process return items at a reduced cost.
Products purchased from other distributors of the same brand cannot be returned to Espresso Outlet aka Turin Grinders aka Kaleido Roasters USA aka Wendougee USA. We will verify serial numbers.

Products with Commercial Terms, parts, accessories, and coffee are not returnable.
Please note: Before shipment most or all espresso machines and grinders are removed from packaging and tested. This is done to ensure that they arrived without damage from overseas shipment and to add to or modify packaging for shipment. Many machines are also bench tested. Grinders may have some residue from testing upon arrival. Signs of opened packaging or grinds does not mean the product was returned or used by another customer.
