Note about water hardness
Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.

★★★★★Beverly BGreat Service! It has been a few months since I purchased my machine, but I absolutely love it. Initially I had some issues with damage from shipping, but Joe took care of it immediately so there were no problems. He also stayed on the phone with me for a long time the day I received my machine so I could get everything working properly. I highly recommend!

It’s a tough decision buying without seeing or using and the fact that a business is willing to work with their customers goes a long way with me. I would definitely recommend Joe and EspressoOutlet.
I’ve had my Turin Legato V2 for two weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The all matte black finish gives the machine a clean, modern look — and paired with my matte black Astra bottomless portafilter and accessories from MHW-3BOMBER, the overall aesthetic is just beautiful.
One of my favorite modifications was replacing the stock steam knob with a 1-inch black aluminum alloy billet cap, paired with a custom 3D printed adapter. It gives the machine a more premium, metallic feel, and makes steaming milk more satisfying both visually and tactilely.
Performance-wise, this is a massive upgrade from my previous HiBREW 20-bar espresso machine, which I had for almost a year. That unit suffered overheating issues and had to be repaired twice due to burned internal wiring. The Legato V2, on the other hand, has been stable, consistent, and feels like a true prosumer-level machine — especially with the PID control and manual pre-infusion.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to take their espresso workflow to the next level — both in performance and in build quality.
I have been using the Trek Brew for about a month now. I thought going from a double boiler at home to this while I'm traveling, there would be a pretty big downfall in espresso quality... in was wrong. The quality of shot I'm pulling from the Trek Brew is simply put, fantastic.
My espresso is much nearer to perfection.
My reference point is a modified Mazzer Major grinder, which I have owned and used for many years. It has 83MM burrs, a huge motor, and is quite large and heavy. It does a terrific job and I’m certainly not going to replace it, is I have of room for it. I recently bought the CF64V due to its size and price. It will travel with us four times each year to Florida in a tote box along with a Turin Legato V2, so we can enjoy good espresso drinks in a small Florida town that doesn’t have a decent café. We are there for 7 to 10 days on a revisit and I can justify this purchase just on cost savings alone, not to mention convenience.
I’ve only used this a few times to test it and make sure that I haven’t dialed in correctly for our Florida trip a few weeks from now, but everything about it really impressed me. It has terrific build quality, for my personal aesthetic taste it has a much more interesting visual appearance than the previous cylindrical slanted Turin models, and it’s very quiet. The default settings for the RPMs and the grind coarseness were pretty much dead on out-of-the-box for the average user. I tend toward restrainer shots and I will probably find myself dialing the espresso coarseness setting down to 22 or 23 instead of 25. At roughly 1/3 the size of the Mazzer Major, and at a price that is two thirds less – this is a bargain!
Other than being a bit fiddly with purging the steam wand it has been as expected, fantastic! Espresso outlet has been helpful as well. Thanks

The grinder is nice, everything works well, I even added the SSP burrs. Delivery took 4 days from order placement which was no time at all!
Bought for a gift. They have not been given it yet.
This grinder made it so much easier to dial in for my espresso shots! The only weird thing about it is I feel like when I touch it there is some bizarre electrical “force” I can feel.
