It really does make the espresso taste better. I love the workflow improvement of the grind by weight. Dialing in is very easy. Small turns of the adjustment knob keep my shot times right at 25-30 seconds. Grind is so consistent and fluffy I do jot need to WDT anymore. Huge upgrade from my CF64V.
I was going back and forth with several other machines that have all the same functions. The main difference was the price and after many, many hours of research, I pulled the plug on this machine. Most people think cheaper, means less, but this has not been the case. My friend has an ECM Synch II and this thing can go toe to toe with that machine, for half the price. I’ve had it now for about 5 weeks and it’s worked like a charm. I have a smart plug to turn on and off everyday, if I wake up before start time, I press on from the app and by the time I’m up and moving it’s ready to use. The steamer is great, the build quality is great and I love everything about. I picked the black one to match my esthetics and accessories and I’m so glad I did. If you are in the fence, feel confident in pulling the trigger, especially with Espresso Outlet customer support.
Kaleido M2 heats up fast and is ideal size for my weekly coffee consumption of 300 grams or so. The Kaleido monitor works well with a little practice to provide full functionality. I haven’t been able to use the Artisan software due to lack of appropriate laptop computer.
Great scale! Exactly what I needed
Phenomenal machine. Completely blown away with this upgrade (from Breville Barista Pro). I can achieve better than cafe now☕️
Turin brand marking is missing so it looks like a random generic grinder. Alignment is a laborious process. retention is insane.
I'm still learning how to use this coffee machine to his full potential but it's definitely one of the best high tech coffee machine out there
I have to say I’m having a lot of fun with this new grinder. Well-made and shipment was super fast. Based upon my first experience with espresso outlet, and this grinder, I would definitely buy from them again.
Proven to be a very capable grinder. Must better than the Baratza Encore it replaced. The "plasma generator" feature really works and I'm amazed at the low level of clumping and schmoo accumulating around the chute. Trying to zero in on your best ratio of beans in > espresso out is pretty do-able with this grinder.
