Explore your next roast, from first batch to full production.
The Kaleido M10 coffee roaster offers a listed 300–1,200g green-coffee batch range for larger home batches and small-batch development. Choose the control system, electrical version and condition as carefully as the capacity.
Current listing: Kaleido M10 for the current new-unit offer. Check the product page for included equipment and shipping timing. The products below may also include accessories.
| Configuration | How you control a roast | Device requirements |
|---|---|---|
| M10 Pro | Artisan logging and control on your own computer. | Compatible computer required; Kaleido tablet not included or supported as a simple add-on. |
| M10 Dual System | Kaleido interface plus Artisan compatibility. | Kaleido tablet for its own interface; separate compatible computer for Artisan. |
| M10 Standard / legacy Kaleido-only | Kaleido controller; do not assume Artisan support. | A legacy designation, not an indication that this version is currently offered. |
“M10” describes the capacity family, while “Pro,” “Dual” and the product’s included equipment identify the control package. “Version 2” or “sealed” describes the roaster generation. Check these separately when comparing control packages and roaster generations.
For another control package or a configuration that is not currently listed, contact Espresso Outlet.
The listed 300–1,200g range is the green charge, not finished yield. At an illustrative 15% loss, 600g green becomes 510g roasted and 1,200g becomes 1,020g. These are calculations, not performance measurements. Begin with the model-specific instructions and a repeatable charge that suits your coffee.
If most batches are 200–700g, compare M6 Pro and M6 Dual. Choose M10 when you regularly need the larger charge; do not choose it solely for an occasional maximum-size roast.
The current linked U.S. M10 listings describe 120V machines requiring a dedicated 20A circuit with no other loads. Do not assume a color selector also selects voltage. Contact us for current 220V ordering options and confirm the required supply and plug before purchase.
M10 heating elements ship uninstalled. The current setup guide also describes power-cord installation for units shipping from June 2026 onward. Follow the instructions for the supplied machine and use the labeled tablet or Artisan connection appropriate to its control board. Do not apply an older model’s port instructions to a newer board.
Read the Kaleido setup, manuals and connection guide before the roaster arrives. Plan ventilation for smoke, odor and cooling, plus space to remove chaff and access the cooling tray. A plug adapter does not convert supply voltage.
Compare the complete Kaleido coffee roaster range if you are still choosing a capacity.

Good green beans and fast shipping.
After years of toying with the idea of espresso at home I finally jumped off the deep end and bought a Turin MC3. I’d like to thank the folks over at Espresso Outlet for going back and forth with me via email a bunch of beginner questions about how to get the machine dialed in. Don’t have any real comparison to other machines, this being the only one I’ve ever used. Paired the machine with a matching Turin CF46v grinder and, as a person with no experience, have consistently been turning around solid espresso. Once you get the pre-measured shot volume dialed in it’s been outputting a consistent 16/40 ratio on the pulled shots. I do like the separate steam generator as it is rather quick to warm up enough to froth or pull hot water. Machine takes around 10-15 minutes to warm up from cold to operating temps. All in seems well built, feels good, finishes are good. Would buy again.
I spent a LOT of hours researching to find the grinder that I felt would best fit my needs and I am SO happy I decided on this one. I absolutely LOVE my Turin DF54 grinder as it’s nothing but top quality at a ridiculously reasonable price! I must admit, it took me a bit to find that perfect grind setting, but once I did … perfection! The only thing that makes me a tad nervous is when it comes time to clean the burr blade (which of course I haven’t needed to do just yet). But good to know there are videos/visuals to go by to help me through the process. So, yes, THANK you Turin/Espresso outlet for making this grinder available. Extremely pleased! 💛🙌🏼💫🙏🏼✨☕️
Product delivered on time as promised
Ease of use! Great grind every time. Fairly quiet. Feels like a solid piece of equipment at 10#. Making great Espresso shots!! Switches between grind settings with ease for different styles. Bellows ensures minimal retention. Open box deal was amazing. Looks like new!
You can really taste the cinnamon. A true 10 out of 10!
I love my Turin Legato V2!! I was initially torn between it and the Gemilai Ele but went with the V2 because of the additional water flow, along with OPV setting. It literally has just about everything I want in an advance espresso machine in a small package at an amazing value - pulls perfect shots! The only slight downside is that the drip tray is small so emptying it daily is a must. If Turin makes a version 3, please keep all the same settings and options but give it a bigger drip tray/workflow, longer steam wand, and make it prettier. It's basically touching on perfect. Thanks!
3-week review. Quality burr grinder. Consistently able to get X g in and X g out at the right grind.
Amazing grinder. beautiful in every way, very powerful and does exactly what its intended for. very happy with this purchase
Absolutely gorgeous machine, and so easy to plug and play. Was very surprised and extremely pleased to receive a flawless unit even as an open box. Thank you so much!
Great website and fast delivery on the DF54. Love the new machine, thank you!
Machine started out ok, but just 9 months in to owning the machine it leaks out of the bottom of the machine, not the drain, but the machine itself. Such a waste of money
Good fit for my DF64. Looks good too.
I think the roaster is well built and does the job. I’ve already done a dozen runs and it’s mechanical quality is meeting all my expectations. However Artisan and my Apple Mac hate each other. Lots of unresolved issues with software
