Indies Coffee offers The Chilling Cold Brew Packs.  The Chilling is a blend of Fresh Organic Fair Trade Guatemalan and Kenyan beans roasted to a medium darkness that has a smooth crisp taste.  We get our beans fresh from the farm and do not roast and pack it till you order it.  And if you are a fan of Indies Coffee then check our other offerings of Cold Brew Packs, for most of our roast have a cold brew version.  Cold Brewing your coffee is a great way to take out all of the bitterness, while keeping the great Indies Coffee fresh roasted flavor.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.

Love the build quality of this product. Feels so heavy duty. The only thing is the wood top to rubber part seems to me like it could wear out, maybe if it was a magnet it would feel more heavy duty.

As a beginner, I was wanting a grinder that will stop my itch from constant upgrades until I purchase my end game set up. What I need right now is something to practice with and this was perfect. Dialing my espresso with DF54 has been a delight. I feel like I’m getting the most out of my bean's flavors. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, straightforward. There was some frustration with queueing up for the preorder but it was worth it. I’m glad i’m not telling myself, “I wish I got that other grinder.”. I will be using this for a long time until I get my La Marzocco. For the meantime, I’m happy to pair it with my Breville Bambino Plus.
