Brewing Guidance
This blend is designed for broad versatility. Begin at 1:16 with a medium grind for drip or medium-fine for pour-over. If the cup lacks sweetness, grind finer; if the finish becomes dry, grind coarser. Taste after cooling to evaluate balance and clarity.
Freshness and the Roaster Story
Off Hours is a Marine Corps veteran-owned coffee company, and the coffee ships in a resealable, recyclable bag with a one-way degassing valve. Whole bean and the Turin DF64 Gen 2.7 grinder provide control for switching between filter and espresso-style recipes.
