About Guatemala La Morena Huehuetenango Coffee
Genuine Origin started La Morena in 2016 to improve women coffee growers’ access to the global supply chain. It began with four IWCA members and roughly 2,000 pounds; by 2023, the sourcing team worked with more than 800 women farmers in Huehuetenango and Baja Verapaz. Huehuetenango’s remote, high-elevation farms often operate their own wet mills along local rivers. Explore it alongside other specialty coffee selections available through Espresso Outlet.
