Guatemala Atitlan in the 5 lb format combines a bulk purchase with a named producer-group story. Hemisphere identifies Coatitlan, a group of roughly 50 small farmers, as the source of this community microlot. Its medium roast carries cocoa, red-fruit and sweet-citrus impressions, with fully washed processing followed by sun drying.

When several people share the bag, whole beans allow each person to grind for a particular brewer. If everyone uses the same drip machine, the prepared ground choice may be simpler. Decide that before ordering rather than assuming a single prepared grind will suit every brewing method.
Establish a reference batch with 45 g coffee and 720 g water, then record the result once the pot is mixed. Compare the fruit and cocoa at the strength you normally serve. Scale the ratio for another batch size, checking that the filter basket has adequate space and that drainage stays even.
