Hemisphere Espresso Blend is the traditional dark-roast option in the roaster’s espresso lineup. Its description pairs fruity undertones with pleasant acidity, rather than presenting darkness alone as the flavor profile. The 12 oz bag is available as whole beans, regular drip grind or fine espresso grind, giving you several ways to prepare it.

Dial in the completed drink
Begin with the dose appropriate for your basket and a beverage weight around twice the dry coffee weight. An 18 g dose and roughly 36 g yield are a starting example. Taste the shot, then assess it in the milk quantity you normally use before deciding how to adjust.
If the finished drink is too forceful, experiment with yield or milk quantity rather than assuming a darker roast must be served very short. Whole beans provide the best control over grind. A fixed fine grind may be convenient with a compatible setup, but it cannot be tuned to every basket and machine.
How does it compare with Honey Espresso Blend?
The regular Espresso Blend is dark roasted and described with fruity undertones. Hemisphere’s Honey Espresso is light-medium and currently emphasizes thickness, sweetness and a custard-like note.
