Our Buen Camino is our house blend with an aim to be a familiar coffee flavor with ample sweetness for the consumer. We built it with two coffee from Central America; Guatemala Waykan and Colombia Gran Galope. With those coffees, we aimed for a medium roast to allow the coffee to shine through, but give a consistency year round with a little bit of roast flavor imparted.

We take this coffee to 420F and serves as our starting point when creating roast profiles for any of our new coffees. In the cup, Buen Camino tastes like Peanut Butter, Berries, Smooth, and Balanced. 

Our Buen Camino has a very approachable taste that is suitable for all pallets no matter your coffee drinking experience. Buen Camino has been a staple within our cafes due to its versatility and simplicity. This is a great blend that goes well with your breakfast, late afternoon pick-me-up, and evening treat.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.

Love the build quality of this product. Feels so heavy duty. The only thing is the wood top to rubber part seems to me like it could wear out, maybe if it was a magnet it would feel more heavy duty.

As a beginner, I was wanting a grinder that will stop my itch from constant upgrades until I purchase my end game set up. What I need right now is something to practice with and this was perfect. Dialing my espresso with DF54 has been a delight. I feel like I’m getting the most out of my bean's flavors. It’s sturdy, easy to clean, straightforward. There was some frustration with queueing up for the preorder but it was worth it. I’m glad i’m not telling myself, “I wish I got that other grinder.”. I will be using this for a long time until I get my La Marzocco. For the meantime, I’m happy to pair it with my Breville Bambino Plus.

I purchased a Turin DF64 Gen 2 grinder from Seoul, South Korea, and my experience with Espresso LLC was outstanding.
