About Classic Cold Brew Coffee
This coffee is roasted, blended and ground to match the cold brew JSA uses in-house. The roaster suggests a 24-hour steep and refrigeration after brewing. Its original 1:1 starting recommendation does not state whether the ratio is by mass, volume or concentrate dilution, so measured brewing guidance is provided below. Explore it with other specialty coffee selections available through Espresso Outlet.

Brewing Guidance
For a measured cold-brew concentrate, start around a 1:5 coffee-to-water ratio by mass, such as 100 g coffee to 500 g water. Steep 16–24 hours under refrigeration or at cool room temperature, then filter thoroughly and dilute to taste. Keep the finished brew refrigerated. The roaster’s listed 1:1 starting ratio lacks a measurement basis, so it should not be interpreted as a 1:1 mass ratio.
