The grinder has lived up to expectations. It is easy to use and has been great upgrade from my previous grinder for producing consistent espresso.
Really appreciate the customer service from Espresso Outlet as they proactively refunded, then shipped out the upgraded titanium burrs for this order that were backordered. Would definitely recommend purchasing from them.
Super fast shipping. Absolutely no static with this grinder while doing fine grind espresso shots. Does very well with coarse grinds as well with no mess. Retention is crazy good, out of 30 grinds so far what I have put in is exactly what I have got back. Do not hesitate on this one. Now I need the C83 for testing!
