Company is great but this particular part is not. The collar will not thread onto the DF64 v2. It only goes a coupon turns and starts binding. The original collar threads on and off just fine. No obvious signs of damaged threads on the collar. Maybe threads pitch is slightly different. Gave 2 stars because I like Espresso Outlet.
I use a DeLonghi espresso maker and purchased this already ground I believe the dark roast for espresso. I found this espresso to be very bold, rich, and tasted the flavor profile described- chocolate and caramel notes. The bag came within five days of my order, I felt the espresso was very fresh. Loved it! Will order again (it also paired well with sugar and a biscotti, haha). Thanks.
Fantastic grinder and fits well with my espresso workflow
