Maintain your food's temperature and quality between preparation and service by adding this Vulcan VBP18ES full size insulated heated holding cabinet to your catering business or restaurant! This fully insulated cabinet has thick insulation in the walls and top and solid dutch doors that provide greater heat retention on all sides. The half doors allow you to open only half of the cabinet at a time to reduce heat loss. Plus, the entire cabinet is made of 20 gauge stainless steel to ensure greater longevity and ease of cleaning.
This mobile cabinet is ideal for catering business and large banquet venues since it can be loaded in your kitchen and then transported to the dining room or serving area. For security during transportation, this model has magnetic action door latches and an integrated steel frame. The recessed side mounted handles give your employees an effective way to control the motion of the cabinet while the 5" casters, two swivel casters with brakes and two rigid casters, make it easy to roll the unit around your restaurant or banquet venue.
This holding cabinet can accommodate up to (18) 18" x 26" pans or (36) 12" x 20" pans. With the adjustable interior pan supports, you can be sure that your food pans are secure when you need to roll this unit around your facility. Each support is adjustable in increments of 1 1/2" so that you can accommodate different pan depths as needed.
The control panel is mounted at the top of the cabinet so that it's easy to access and out of the way when you need to transport the cabinet. The simple indicator light, dial thermostat with an adjustable temperature range of ambient to 190 degrees Fahrenheit, and the temperature read-out dial make it easy to use this holding cabinet. Plus, to maintain even internal temperatures, this heated holding and proofing cabinet features 1500W of heating power and a blower motor. A 120V electrical connection is required for operation.

My 10 year old refurbished Baratza Vario has been struggling. Not to mention anytime I made a drink for someone everyone in the room had to wait until I was finished grinding to resume conversation. This new Eureka is unbelievable quiet. I also think the espresso tastes better. There is a difference between ceramic and steel burrs.
It’s only been a day but very pleased with the grinder so far. The shipping was super fast.
I have a few grinders from E.O. (DF83v, DF83, CF64v and a few others that I have given to others as gifts) that I use quite regularly and this Moshi C83 is truly a breakthrough for me in that I do not have to change the various burr sets that I have with regard to what I am trying to brew…
I’ve been deep down the espresso rabbit hole for years, tasting coffee all over the world, and I can honestly say the Turin Gallatin DB rivals the best of espresso machines. The build quality is top-tier—everything from the matte black finish to the walnut accents feels heavy-duty and genuinely premium. It’s ready to go right out of the box, and having the plumb-in and drainage components included as standard is a huge win. This is my third purchase from Espresso Outlet, and I keep coming back because their shipping is fast, their support is responsive, and their YouTube tutorials are actually useful. Zero complaints so far; it's a solid, high-end machine that delivers.
My Setup: Turin Gallatin DB, DF64 Gen 2 (SSP Burrs), IMS Basket, Normcore Puck Screen 1.7mm, auto leveling tamper, WDT, and distributor
This roaster is a monumental upgrade from my previous two setups. I started on a whirly pop over my stove several years ago and upgraded to a fluid bed roaster early last year, but preliminary tests on my M1 Lite felt like the previous two roast methods were Stone Age technology. I previously logged my roast profiles using Excel with imported thermocouple data from a self-programmed microcontroller. This machine has both ambient and bean temperature sensors built in, meaning plug and play with Artisan, and I’m having a blast fine-tuning roast profiles. Setup was very easy using the instructions in the box. The largest batch size I’ve made successfully is 180 grams but I wouldn’t go much further than that, FYI. The hopper’s capacity is limited, but it hasn’t hindered my use case. It’s perfect as an introduction to drum roasting and a very capable sample roaster. For what it’s worth, it’s also an impressive table-top personal machine to look at. Very stylish design. I’d recommend using a computer with a useful, strong Bluetooth signal. My PC worked a lot better than my MacBook Neo. Tl;dr. If I could rate this roaster a 6/5 I would.
Excellent knowledgeable staff, fast shipping, and great customer support.

I love this machine! The espresso experience compared to my old machine is night and day kind of difference. I have been wasting high quality beans in my old machine and I didnt even know. The end product is that much better! The features this machine has for the price is unmatched!
Super fast heat up, consistent shots once you dial it in. Steam leaves something to be desired but still does the trick.
Been using it for a few months. Having good results with expresso and courser grind for drip coffee.
