Love my Turin Legato v2 and Espresso Outlet has the absolute best people working there. Great customer service also.
Our machine arrived in a timely manner and was in excellent condition. The machine itself is great for the price point. Very hands on. We look forward to the many espressos in our future!
I am very impressed by both the speed of my delivery (I'm local, and received my machine about 2 hours after submitting it). The machine itself has been a nice upgrade to the Breville infuser I was using previously, and seems well built and capable. It's very nice having the OPV adjustment, and having grouphead heating without having to run blank shots has been quite nice. I'm looking forward to playing around with temperature on the PID for lighter roasts
Machine’s fit and finish is great. Brews a very nice espresso with useful flow and pressure controls at your fingertips. Steaming is plenty adequate about 35 seconds and I have great texture for a flat white. Would recommend, at this price point, to anyone wanting a good and capable machine. Only drawback, and reason for a star deduction, is the small and janky drip tray and cover.
The Turin Legato V2 is an incredible espresso machine for the price. Solid build, consistent shots, strong steam power, and easy to use. It looks great on the counter and delivers café-quality drinks at home. Easily one of the best values out there for home baristas!

from 1049 reviewsThe Gallatin R HX is quite the machine, especially considering the quality, features, and performance vs. its price. This thing definitely punches up, knocking out high-priced machines in its class or higher.
The PID ensures more precise temperature control (no major fluctuations), and the rotary pump is much quieter than I was expecting. The shot timer is, of course, an added bonus (since you don't need to mess with a timer on a scale), but you do need to account for any pre-infusion time in the overall shot time it seems, which is fine as long as you are aware of that.
Heat-up time is definitely less than 30 minutes, maybe more like 15-20 minutes or possibly even less at times. I have mine connected to a smart outlet and a SwitchBot to automate the start-up process in the morning; there is an Eco mode that basically puts the machine into a low-power state if you are so inclined.
The machine is just impressive to look at also. The walnut accents are classy, and they feel smooth and classy, too. The steam/hot water joysticks can be used in any direction, and you can either give gentle pressure on the stick, or toggle it completely to hold the position open. The steam wand works very well; milk frothing is as expected, and you can brew & steam at the same time if needed.
I have not yet started to experiment with the flow-control valve, but it, too, has a lovely walnut handle. With the handle turned all the way to the right, you are at full flow, and then from there it decreases the flow as you turn to the left. I will need to explore this function more as time allows!
Overall, this is a wonderful, beautiful machine, especially at this price-point, and I don't think anyone would be disappointed with all of these features and the build-quality for its price. Well done, Turin & EO!
I loved great experience for beginners like me.

Solid Build Quality. Looks great, gives off a German seriousness, the boxy appearance is not a negative. Perfect size for a home setup. Thought about the 83V but the footprint turned me off. The CF64V/Rocio Manus combo outperforms the Linea/Mazzer Major I used to work professionally with
Very pleased with the Turin grinder. Very even, consistent grinds, fairly quiet, great design.
First off, let me start by saying Espresso Outlet's customer service is top notch! My first order arrived, and the grinder stopped working on day 5. I contacted EO and they immediately arranged for me to return it (still had the box) and then shipped me out a new grinder as soon as they got confirmation of it being shipped. A+ Got the new grinder and it's been smooth sailing since. Also, I think the first grinder I received must have been the last from a slightly older lot, because the new one had some very slight differences, like the chute you feed beans into was detachable on the first one, but not on the second.
But on to the grinder review. I upgraded from a Baratza Sette 270wi, and let me just say, there is no comparison. I have the stock espresso burrs on the DF83V, but man are they great. Maybe someday I'll look at fiddling with burrs, but for now I'm really enjoying these. There is so much more nuance to the coffee flavor, it's like I'm discovering great home espresso all over again. This thing is a beast, too. Heavy, feels rock solid, and QUIET. My husband doesn't share my love of coffee. He has always complained about the noise my grinders make in the morning. Two days after using this one, he tells me "I like your new grinder." Me: "You do? Why?" Him: "It's quiet. I can sleep through it in the morning." So take that for what you will.
I also had the chance to use a CF64V prior to this one (a friend's), and while that one also had great clarity and nuance of flavor, clean up with the DF83V is world's easier. I would absolutely recommend this grinder. I think it very likely compares favorably with much more expensive grinders in its grinder class.
Quick knowledgable responses. Looking forward to buying my first machine from them.
this is my 4th coffee from Old Salt Coffee roasters… all four are exceptional… bean selection pairings and roasted just as to what has brought out the best and balanced flavors of each…Old Salt’s Haze Gray, Green Eyes,Silent Service and Brown Shoe each are definitely worth trying… each have their own very unique flavor profiles and are “just right”
This particular roast is spot-on… truly a medium roast that accentuates the balanced flavor in my experimenting this morning with two each of pour-overs and French press in my ESPRO
Whoever designed the packing for this item should get a Nobel Prize. It is packed in a faux-pallet made of cardboard. Incredible. Just day two of ownership so there's some honeymoon effect. But first impressions - bulletproof build. I was a little worried about the strength of the knob but it feels like quality stereo equipment, should easily last a decade. The machine actually performs like the reviews mention.
