Turin Legato V2
We have been getting a lot of questions about what is new on the Turin Legato V2.
Here is a quick overview:
- Adjustable OPV Knob
- Dual PID control
- Fully adjustable pre-infusion
- New Colors
Adjustable OPV:
The adjustable OPV control knob. A small thumb screw to adjust the maximum pressure. NOTE: if your coffee is not ground fine enough, it cannot create additional pressure, it only limits the maximum pressure.
Additional PID Controls:
The PID controller looks the same as before, but has a few tricks up its sleeve. In addition to the brew boiler and shot timer that was found on the V1 model, the V2 also includes PID control for the thermoblock used for steam. The V1 had a pre-infusion mode built into it, but it did not have both capabilities to control the water amount, as well as a pre-infusion pause. The V2 has both capabilities.
Colors:
One thing I think a lot of people will be excited for is the variety of colors. In addition to the standard stainless color, an option for Black or White will soon be available.
