Use the finish to compare two serving strengths
Brew 24 g coffee with 390 g water, then reserve a small portion before adding milk. Notice whether cocoa appears mainly after swallowing and whether the fruit remains mild. This is more specific than deciding only whether the brew tastes strong enough at its hottest temperature.
