Compare hot and cold preparation
A hot filter brew and cold brew will present this coffee differently. If you prefer bright citrus detail over ice, start with a hot-brewed iced recipe that accounts for ice dilution. If you favor a slower immersion approach, choose whole beans so you can grind specifically for cold brew rather than relying on a general ground option.
Brewing and storage
For filter brewing, begin near 20 g coffee to 320 g water, then adjust grind or strength to taste. A French press needs a grind suited to immersion. The roaster notes that packaging may carry its earlier The Herd Coffee branding while transitioning to Bread & Butter Coffee.
For whole-bean preparation, compare Turin coffee grinders suited to your brew method.
