Start with a small refrigerated cold-brew trial
For a first immersion batch, combine 50 g coarsely ground coffee with 500 g cold water in a covered container. Refrigerate while steeping and try an initial 16-hour extraction. Filter thoroughly, then taste a small portion and add water as needed before deciding on the final serving strength.
