The N8259P is a Drop-In Self-Contained Frost Top from Delfield. The top is constructed of heavy gauge stainless steel, while the exterior is made of galvanized steel. The refrigerant is suspended below the actual top. Refrigeration is self-contained.

Kaleido M2 heats up fast and is ideal size for my weekly coffee consumption of 300 grams or so. The Kaleido monitor works well with a little practice to provide full functionality. I haven’t been able to use the Artisan software due to lack of appropriate laptop computer.

So far it is mich better (quieter, faster) and seems more long-term built than my Fellow Opus. I liked the Opus, it was just plastic. Grind seems very consistent. I did use my 3-D printer to print off an extra 10° tilt base and cup funnel. I did have about 0.2 gram retention.
