The Mythos Basic is a professional-grade coffee grinder equipped with a "grind on demand" system, precise micrometric grinding adjustment, and automatic dosing. Perfect for cafes and coffee shops, it promises speed, consistency, and user-friendliness. With its 800-watt motor and durable titanium/steel alloy grinding discs, it can grind up to 1500 pounds of coffee before replacements are needed (actual lifespan may vary depending on the type of beans used). Thanks to its clump crusher technology, every dose is free of clumps and produces fluffy and evenly distributed coffee. Additionally, the Mythos Basic boasts a multi-function LCD display for adjusting doses, selecting various barista modes, and locking the settings to prevent changes. It offers up to 3 programmable doses for single, double, and triple shots, as well as a manual override option. The grinder also comes with a convenient portafilter holder, allowing baristas to multitask while the coffee is being ground.
