What is it?

The LUCCA A53 Mini espresso machine is custom-produced by La Spaziale specifically for Clive, based on the reputable Vivaldi II espresso machine. This dual boiler machine is tank-only, with volumetric shot dosing, pre-infusion, and an optional add-on shot timer. It also has Bluetooth connectivity to sync with the S1 Timer App, available on the Apple App Store, to program automatic machine heat-up and cool-down by date and time.

Why did we make it?

We saw a commercial machine with great in-home potential and turned it into one of the most versatile and well-loved home espresso machines. By updating the design and interface, we built a machine that makes pulling great shots easy and one we'd all be proud to have in our kitchen. We use this machine daily at Clive HQ in Portland and assure you it will stand the test of time.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
