The Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave (T3) is an advanced model, building upon the previous Aurelia II T3 and incorporating digital technologies. With its Pulse Jet technology, the barista is given even more control, allowing them to pause and resume the coffee flow at customizable intervals for optimal blooming. The T3 technology also enables the barista to manipulate the temperature of the primary and group boilers with ease through the high resolution touch screen. This model also includes features such as automatic purging, cleaning, pressure programming, and energy-saving settings. Additionally, the Independent Group Head Timers display shows multiple shots simultaneously, eliminating the need for external timers.

In addition to our successful SIS (soft infusion system), we have enhanced the Nuova Simonelli Aurelia Wave (T3) with Pulse Jet Technology, allowing precise control of extraction profiles through the Remote Control Interface. This interface also manages preparation, dispensing, and cleaning, while providing access to hourly, daily, weekly, and monthly statistics. Combining these features with the machine's emphasis on detail, energy efficiency and ergonomic design, the Aurelia Wave (T3) sets a new standard for espresso machines.

Note about water hardness

Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
