This is such a great single dose grinder, especially at this price range. Having variable rpm control can really alter the taste of espresso and gives you extra control. It’s well designed and pairs nicely with a wendougee data s. I can’t think of a better option at this pricepoint.

This machine is incredible. It has it all. The aesthetics, performance, quality parts, and ability to create/share custom profiles. I upgraded from a rocket Giotto and wasnt expecting much of a difference in terms of espresso quality but my first shot from the data s blew me away. The app is pretty easy to use and haven’t run into any issues. Overall I highly recommend this machine, you will not be disappointed.

So far so good, the Wendougee Data S is an impressive machine with commercial grade components and a solid platform to produce consistent shots. This is a big upgrade from my previous machine, a Rocket Giotto which was a reliable performer for over 10 years.
