The Giotto Evoluzione by Rocket Espresso Milano is designed to be versatile and reliable, offering a rotary pump and the option of either using its spacious 2.9 liter water reservoir or being directly plumbed to your main water supply. This espresso machine also boasts advanced features, including adjustable external pump pressure for precise extractions, as well as a PID thermostat for optimal temperature control during brewing.
Design
This stunning Rocket Giotto espresso machine boasts a sleek exterior crafted from high-quality 304 grade Stainless Steel. Included in the design is Rocket Espresso Milano's well-established Thermosyphon system, known for its expert engineering and optimal extraction capabilities.
Internal
The 1.8-liter boiler is crafted from pure copper and features a lead-free brass end plate, while its nickel-plated coating safeguards against copper oxidation. The 2.9-liter water reservoir is made from certified food-grade plastic and includes a low-level indicator, providing a warning when water levels are low.
