Note about water hardness
Using hard water will ruin your espresso machine. Soft water no higher than 50ppm is required to keep your espresso machine running for the long term. Using hard water will void the warranty.
The Turin Gallatin G3035 Espresso Machine is a high-performance, semi-automatic espresso machine designed for both home baristas and coffee enthusiasts seeking a premium, café-quality experience. Combining advanced brewing technology with elegant craftsmanship, this machine offers good control over every aspect of espresso preparation, while maintaining a sleek and stylish design.
Crafted with a stainless steel body featuring a stunning mirror finish, the Turin Gallatin G3035 not only performs at a professional level but also serves as a beautiful addition to any kitchen or coffee setup. Equipped with a PID temperature adjustment, this machine allows precise control over brewing temperatures.
At the heart of the machine is a vibratory pump, which provides consistent pressure for brewing espresso. A manual valve allows users to easily switch between using the 1.7-liter water tank or connecting the machine directly to a water source. While it is direct-connect capable, due to the vibratory pump, it's recommended for occasional use to prevent pump wear.
The E61 thermosiphon-heated grouphead ensures that water temperature remains stable throughout the brewing process, while the adjustable preinfusion feature allows for a fuller, more even extraction. The semi-automatic brew lever provides precise control over the brewing process, ensuring each shot is pulled to your exact preferences.
For those looking to conserve energy, the economy mode reduces energy consumption without compromising performance. The machine’s 2-liter heat exchange boiler allows you to brew and steam simultaneously, eliminating the wait time between tasks. The 3-hole steam tip offers great milk texturing, making it easy to create velvety microfoam for lattes and cappuccinos.
The Turin Gallatin G3035 features an easy-to-use digital display screen, where you can adjust preinfusion time, boiler temperature, and set the standby or eco mode timer. Its shot timer ensures precise brewing, giving you full control over extraction time. The machine also includes traditional steam and hot water wands with rubber grips to prevent burning, making it versatile for various beverages, including tea, americanos, or hot chocolate, thanks to the built-in hot water tap.
The machine’s black walnut handles on the joystick controls, portafilter, and included tamper add a luxurious touch, elevating the machine’s aesthetic. The joysticks are designed to lock into place, allowing for more ergonomic use. The 58mm portafilter comes with single and double baskets, providing flexibility in shot size, while the included accessories, such as the quality wood-handle tamper, ensure you have everything you need to craft your perfect cup.
With additional features like the brew group pressure gauge and a cup warmer, the Turin Gallatin G3035 is packed with everything needed for a professional-grade espresso experience at home.
The Turin Gallatin G3035 Espresso Machine is a masterful blend of functionality, beauty, and professional-level performance, making it the perfect choice for espresso enthusiasts who want to enjoy café-quality drinks at home.

It’s a tough decision buying without seeing or using and the fact that a business is willing to work with their customers goes a long way with me. I would definitely recommend Joe and EspressoOutlet.
I saw many positive reviews of this grinder. I was hesitant to buy something NOT made in Italy, but I really wanted to try a Flat Burr grinder. After using it for a few weeks, I am quite impressed. It is a much better espresso grinder than my 15 year old Baratza.
has all the right features: capacitive touch, auto off, and a shot timer that starts well. Great value.
It is excellent! It’s everything it promises! Love it!
It works perfectly and has a excelent construction
Grinder performs well, transaction and shipping were great! If I had known that a quality grinder would improve the coffee this much I would have made this purchase long ago.
Love it, great value. Customer Support was a great as well.
This machine streamlines the espresso workflow and directly competes with $2,000+ HX E61 machines. Black body and walnut accents are a perfect compliment to Turn grinders and look very nice in a modern kitchen.
I’ve had my Turin Legato V2 for two weeks now, and I’m genuinely impressed. The all matte black finish gives the machine a clean, modern look — and paired with my matte black Astra bottomless portafilter and accessories from MHW-3BOMBER, the overall aesthetic is just beautiful.
One of my favorite modifications was replacing the stock steam knob with a 1-inch black aluminum alloy billet cap, paired with a custom 3D printed adapter. It gives the machine a more premium, metallic feel, and makes steaming milk more satisfying both visually and tactilely.
Performance-wise, this is a massive upgrade from my previous HiBREW 20-bar espresso machine, which I had for almost a year. That unit suffered overheating issues and had to be repaired twice due to burned internal wiring. The Legato V2, on the other hand, has been stable, consistent, and feels like a true prosumer-level machine — especially with the PID control and manual pre-infusion.
Highly recommend for anyone looking to take their espresso workflow to the next level — both in performance and in build quality.
I have been using the Trek Brew for about a month now. I thought going from a double boiler at home to this while I'm traveling, there would be a pretty big downfall in espresso quality... in was wrong. The quality of shot I'm pulling from the Trek Brew is simply put, fantastic.
My espresso is much nearer to perfection.
