The farm, situated at an altitude of 1,900 meters above sea level, employs 2 full-time workers and 10 temporary ones. Its name, "The Blessing," reflects its history as a family-owned property and its stellar reputation for producing top-quality coffee.

In 2024, La Bendición was crowned the winner of the Cup of Excellence competition, achieving an impressive score of 92.00. This recognition was earned for their Pacamara variety, which is honey-processed and reflects their precise methods of cultivation and processing. I thought I was just buying a simple grinder but it does so much more

I thought I was just buying a simple grinder but it does so much more. The ability to adjust the grind size is amazing and then the removable bottom with the inner stopper makes putting the grounds into my portfilter so easy! I thought I was going to have to scoop them out and that would have been so much messier.

I am so impressed with this grinder, especially for the price. It was incredibly easy to dial in my espresso, and the stepless adjustment makes it easy to be precise. There is little to no retention so far. It’s not too noisy either, which is great for when I’m making a drink while the rest of the house is still asleep.
