Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in handling any operational challenges, from staff scheduling conflicts to equipment malfunctions.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role, preferably in a coffee shop, café, or similar food and beverage environment.
- Coffee Knowledge: Passionate about coffee with a strong understanding of coffee preparation and service (barista experience preferred).
- Leadership: Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to motivate and coach a diverse team.
